UnitedHealthcare Individual & Family Plans (IFP) brokers will soon be receiving their 1099 forms. Some helpful reminders:

• Electronic 1099 forms became available on or before Jan. 31 (today)
• Mailed 1099 forms were postmarked on or before Jan. 31 (today)

To get answers to frequently asked questions about your 1099, go to Jarvis > Commissions > Statements and More and view the 1099 FAQ under the “1099” section. If further assistance is needed, please contact the Producer Help Desk (PHD).

The PHD is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday and can be reached at 1-866-235-4095. To speak with a Spanish representative, press 2 when prompted. The PHD can also be reached via Jarvis chat during normal hours of operation, or at ACABrokerSupport@uhc.com.
