The UnitedHealthcare Premier Producer program recognizes the top UnitedHealthcare Medicare sales agents. By meeting specific eligibility criteria, Premier Producers earn priority treatment with the Producer Help Desk (PHD), a UHC Agent Toolkit credit and much more.

Qualification for the Premier Producer program is based on key elements including new enrollments or book of business. And, new for 2025, complaints.

Eligibility for the Premier Producer program is assessed every January to recognize  agents’ hard work during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Agents are notified by March. Agents who meet the qualifications by September are awarded "AEP Access" — offering them access to key Premier Producer benefits that are helpful during AEP.
