The Compliant Selling on-demand training module is now available in Spanish! Completing this module can ensure you are providing your clients with the best possible service while remaining compliant with federal and state regulations, as well as UnitedHealthcare rules, policies and procedures. In addition to highlighting best practices when enrolling consumers in an Individual & Family plan, this module provides scenarios you may encounter and guidance on how to best address these situations.

To begin the training, go to Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Training & Guides and launch the UnitedHealthcare Individual & Family Plans (IFP) training site. Once there, select “Compliant Selling” or “Compliant Selling – Spanish” to get started.
