Prescription Drug Lists (PDLs) for 2025 can be found on the Member Onboarding Resources page on Jarvis. A PDL, also known as a formulary, is a list of covered prescribed medications or supplies that can help your clients find useful information, such as:

•  If their medication is covered
• What tier their medication is considered under their plan
• If their medication has coverage requirements or limits, like prior authorization, step therapy or quantity limits

To find the state and plan-specific PDLs, go to Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Member Onboarding Resources and click on the Prescription Drug Lists link.
