Visit the Medicare Product Portal to see our 2025 Medicare Advantage portfolio, carefully tailored to deliver value and meet the specific needs of Medicare beneficiaries. You now have access to view core benefit amounts such as specialist, inpatient hospital, and outpatient care in addition to full ancillary benefit details. Use this information to start planning for AEP!

In response to your feedback, we’ve also made it easier for you navigate our comprehensive Medicare Advantage portfolio through our “featured plan” categorization. Featured plans are the ones we expect to be the most popular and the ones you’ll want to focus on. These can be identified by their color in the “Plans” section (blue = Non-SNP, teal = C-SNP, gold = D-SNP). 

Part D Plans

UnitedHealthcare will be participating in the recently announced Part D Premium Stabilization Demonstration. As a result, our 2025 standalone Part D plans will have a premium increase of no more than $35 compared to 2024 and some plans will have a premium decrease. Attend one of our local roll-outs to get the details for your market. 

Medicare Supplement

Get prepared for the busy AEP selling season with AARP® Medicare Supplement Plans from UnitedHealthcare®! While Medicare Supplement plans have the same standard benefits from year to year, it can be helpful to have a comprehensive guide for the upcoming year, including things that can vary by state such as plan availability, wellness extras and more. You can review the “Medicare Supplement At A Glance” guides, which provide information by region (East/West) and are posted on Jarvis under Product Guides in the Knowledge Center.
